Default New batteries needed

I have an SSR Sports electric bike model # YS-TDR157Z, the batteries in it are so covered with black tar like substance. I need new batteries but I can't see the amp hrs on them. I do know that the wires that run from each of them are held to the post by screws, and that they are 12v batteries and there is 4 of them. If anyone has the same type of bike would you please let me know what the model # is or at least the amp HRs. Thanks.

Are you talking about an EBike as in bicycle or as in EScooter? This is an ESchooter I found and it has 4 12v SLA batteries. the batteries are rated at 20AH. I would guees if you weighed them they would be about 13 to 14 pounds each. 48V/500W E-SCOOTER YS-TDR157Z products, buy 48V/500W E-SCOOTER YS-TDR157Z products from alibaba.com

Yeah, that's a lot of weight. I used to carry twin 24v 18ah packs.........52poiunds of lead. But they were mounted the sides of top bar and really didn't feel bad while riding because the weight was centrally located. I now use twin Thunder Sky packs about 30 pounds and a whole lot more power.
